Student-management
1. Role
The Student Management Division acts as a secretariat to the Dean of the Faculty, and specifically to the Vice Dean assigned by the Dean to oversee student affairs. The division is responsible for managing the orientation of students, managing extracurricular activities, organizing sports and cultural/arts initiatives, managing student welfare and foundations, and tracking the employment/careers of alumni.
2. Duties

Comprehend the overall attitude of mind of students, and determine the direction and measures for conducting student civic education.

Establish regulations and rules for student management.

Formulate plans and organize student activities, as well as disseminate current affairs, policies, and guidelines of the government to students.

Collaborate with the three mass organizations and academic division to organize activities related to academic study, scientific research, arts, sports, and other social campaigns, thereby fostering a positive environment and beautiful culture.

Coordinate with academic division to compile reports from homeroom lecturers in order to monitor student absence and report findings to the Vice Dean.
3. Scope of Authority
- Study, plan, implement, evaluate, and report to the Dean regarding student management operations.

Study and propose updates/amendments to student regulations.

Hold the authority to convene ordinary and extraordinary meetings, make decisions on division matters, and coordinate among internal groups and academic division based on the principle of democratic centralization.

Hold the authority to issue directives and sign official departmental documents, such as summary reports, action plans, budget proposals, certificates, agreements, and financial revenue/expenditure records.

Hold the authority to inspect and audit work areas related to and falling under the responsibility of the division.

Hold the authority to propose disciplinary actions, assess behavior, administer educational guidance, and evaluate students' conduct on a semester and academic year basis to higher authorities, followed by reporting to the Dean.

Study and implement incentive/policy plans for staff and students under its direct responsibility.
