Postgraduate Division
1. Role of Postgraduate Division
To act as a secretariat to the Dean of the Faculty in managing, developing, and promoting postgraduate education within the FNS (Faculty of Natural Sciences) to expand in accordance with strategic plans, and to enhance quality to meet regional and international standards.
2. Duties
-
Organizational structure and legislative/regulatory work of the Postgraduate Department.

Management of postgraduate students.

Management of postgraduate curricula and diplomas/certificates.

Registration, data processing, and evaluation of teaching and learning.

Organizing meetings to consider academic titles for teaching staff in accordance with procedures, adhering to the regulations set forth by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Sports.

Performing other duties as directed by the Dean and Vice Deans of the Faculty.
3. Scope of Authority

Implement work activities within the scope of authority and roles of the Postgraduate Education Department.

Utilize budgets, various revenue sources, equipment, and facilities under the management of the Faculty that have been approved and comply with regulations.

Coordinate with various offices, departments, and units within the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
